  Your career is a journey, not a destination. There are 'stop overs', places (or jobs) we might stop for awhile because we need to put our feet up and rest or other places that we may go to learn more about who we are and who we can become. The challenge... for many, is you have to know where you want to go and what experience you want, to make it happen.

Whilst I normally work with people on an individual basis, I have created this Group Coaching & Mentoring program to help more people get clarity over their career & how it fits into their life without the investment of thousands of dollars of individual coaching fees.
  
  Conducted over an 8 week period either online or in a face to face mastermind circle (Syd CBD only), participants will have the opportunity to ask an experienced leader and coach their challenges. As well as committing to goals each session you will be buddied up to be coached & supported by another participant on the weeks that the mentoring sessions are not on.
  
  Limited to only 10 attendees per program we guarantee an intimate setting that facilitates optimal growth & results.
  
  The Group Coaching & Mentoring program includes:
  
  • 6 X 2hr group coaching sessions held face to face (or online);
  • Employee Engagement Profile and action plan; &
  • Unlimited email and phone support across the program.
  
  Whilst the content of this group coaching is fluid, core outcomes of the program include:
  
  1. Discover what Engages & Motivates You.
  2. Why we come to work? Understand the driving force behind your own Career Profile and connect the workplace experiences that it is creating.
  3. Discover your Strengths and understand how to leverage them.
  4. The Plan - Own Your Career, Where are you at and Where do you want to go?
  5. Open to Opportunity – What could the future look like and how do I get there including personal brand positioning and succession mapping.
  6. Bring it Together – Creating your Career Action Map
  
  Each Session will include an opportunity to network with other participants so that you can learn and leverage upon their experiences.
